Rice ferment filtrate leads here — the same fermented ingredient doing quiet work in Kleda's cleanser, in this toner chosen for how it conditions skin toward a smoother, more radiant-looking finish. Lotus and Palmaria palmata — a red marine algae — move alongside it, picked for how they calm and refresh on contact rather than simply sitting on the surface. Licorice extract runs through it too, an ingredient with a long history of use for calming and evening out the look of skin. And underneath all three, a layered hydration system — hyaluronic acid, polyglutamic acid, beta-glucan and ectoin — keeps water in play at every level of skin, which is the real reason a toner this light still leaves skin feeling dewy rather than merely damp

After cleansing, sweep or press into skin with hands or a cotton pad. Morning and evening. Follow with Luster Cream while skin is still slightly damp, to lock hydration in.
