Domestic Shipping Policy Shipment Processing Time
All domestic orders are processed and shipped within 4 business days. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Domestic shipping:
- Flat shipping rates are charged at three levels. These shipping rates inclusive of packaging and handling cost.
Within Delhi: INR 100/order
Rest of India: INR 150/order
International Shipping Policy
International orders are currently delivered using India Post registered parcel service. Tracking number will be shared with customer once shipping is done. To calculate the cost of international shipping please consider the shipping to be 40% of the order value USD. In case there are major deviations in this then either a refund will be done of the extra amount or more payment will be required from the customer to Kleda before shipping. The shipping amount is also inclusive of extra packaging and handling costs needed for international orders.
Shipment Processing Time
All International orders are shipped out within 7 business days depending upon the order size.
Damages
Kleda is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. Our packaging is done in such a way that there are minimum chances of the products getting damaged within the box as we keep adequate buffer material.
It could be possible that during shipping due to poor handling by the ‘logistics company/provider’, the box could be damaged but such an event is rare. If you received your box damaged which has also damaged the product contents inside, then we will reach out to the ‘logistics company/provider’ for any possible claims from their side.
However, Kleda will not be able to any claims for damaged goods received due to poor handling by the ‘logistics company/provider’.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Returns Policy
Our all products are non-returnable products.
Returns/replacement will only accepted for product received are damaged/defective by the customer.
Due to hygiene/health reasons, we do not offer refunds or exchange on our products where the packaging has been opened or used.
Shipping cost is non-refundable for returned, undelivered, unclaimed and packages that are refused. Any shipping cost you incur to return the product to us will not be refunded. The only exception to this is if we have made shipping error.
Return & Refund Instructions
Before Shipping your return we recommend that you review our entire return guidelines below.
Damages due to neglect, improper usage or application will not be covered under our return policy.
For refunds, payment will be made by NEFT/IMPS/GPAY/ PAYTM transfer. Customer is required to share bank details in case purchase is made by cash on delivery.
If you still have it, please include a copy of your packing slip along with your RMA#

Return will be processed and refunds will be issued within five business days of receipt.
All products are subject to inspection by Kleda Venture. Returns that do not meet the above criteria or are returned without an RMA# may be returned to the customer or destroyed upon request.
